Retirement

I had become fed up with feeling tired and sore. It seemed as if everyday brought on a new ache or pain. I don't know how it began just that over the years it has gotten worse and frustrating. I have always had some trouble with my lower back but the last couple of years I just seemed to "hurt" all over. Things I used to be able to do fairly easy had become more difficult to do. It also takes away a lot of my energy. I have had x-rays and scans ordered by my family doctor but nothing was really treated. They told me that i have arthritis and fibromyalgia. After talking with my daughter who is a patient I decided to make an appointment at Winegardner Chiropractic in December of 2010. I did not know what to expect when I began my treatment. I was a little apprehensive. My experience has been great. I can actually get out of bed and move much better. Getting in and out of the car is much easier. Just getting off the sofa was difficult and now I can do it with out pain or discomfort. Everyone is so nice and efficient. It is the MOST "feel good" office I have ever been in.

Testimonials

  • "I always exercised and ate well, but had no idea what benefits chiropractic could have. I thought I was good, now my body works even better."

  • "It started with a slight pain in my shoulder that turned into a deep, sharp, constant pain. I continued on with all normal activities, only with lots of pain. My family Doctor told me that it was a pulled muscle or some injury that would have to heal itself. There was nothing he could do to help me. Dr. Winegardner came and spoke at an event at my work, and I also have co-workers that are patients here. So I became a patient in December of 2011. Dr. Winegardner sat down with me and we discussed my pain and discomfort. She not only adjusted me and put me on therapy, but she also gave me tips for running and working out. These conversations, along with the advice she gives me on my eating habits, have allowed me to live without pain."
